The rain has been hitting us pretty hard in California over the last few days. But, with a little ingenuity - one of our superintendents, Frank, was able to keep our guys working. Here they are tying Rebar in San Diego, Ca. "Even in the rain we're productive!" Frank says about using his pop-up shade tents and tarps to block our men from the drizzle.
